I was having an issue with my external drive and hadn't been the most diligent about keeping up with off-site storage as well as keeping multiple drives :/ I have a huge desktop and didn't want to haul it all the way to the Apple store and deal with that hassle.
I did some research and stumbled upon Tomotechi. I was connected with Jake who later connected me with Brandon. Brandon came to my house the very next day to help me. He spend the better part of 2+hours helping me sort out my multiple issues. He was completely professional on top of being incredibly NICE. He was very helpful and I have since passed on their info to my friends. I would strongly recommend using them.
