My 90-year-old father and I hired Tomotechi to help him with his computer. The Tomotechi technicians (Blake and Aaron respectivly for two separate incidents) were prompt, very friendly, and professional. They spent as much time as needed to fix the issues and in both cases the fixes worked (we did not have ongoing problems)! It is easy to schedule with Tomotechi, response times are excellent when you leave a message, and the appointment times are reliable. I will definitely call on them again when needed.
