I keep a running list of Apple computer/device issues (small to large), and then--every six months or so--have Tomotechi (specifically Karen Paradis) come to my house and go through each issue. Everything is always fixed perfectly, and--when we can't seem to resolve something (usually a third party application issue)--I always get a follow up email from Karen with the answer. Highly recommend Tomotechi!!!

Twice-a-year health checks are an underrated form of IT support. Bundling small issues into one well-prepared visit is far more efficient than calling for each individually — and the running-list approach turns IT into a manageable rhythm rather than a string of emergencies.
