We don't have many issues in our small office, but when we do, I shoot off an email to support and get a response within minutes, and the problem is resolved within the hour. We're not very tech savvy people around here, and I'm sure our issues are probably small potatoes compared to most, but there is no doubt these guys can tackle anything (even my reluctance to remove my bootcamp partition). Small offices deserve responsive support too. Most of our long-term clients aren't running massive infrastructure — they just need someone who answers fast and fixes things on the first try.
